RETURN POLICY

 

It’s important to us that our creations meet your expectations.  If, for any reason, you wish to return or change an item, you may do so by filling the Return | Exchange Form here.

Regarding a return, we offer the following options:

1.    EXCHANGE POLICY – SIZE/COLOR

You can exchange any item of your order for another size/color of the same item at no cost.

Step 1. Give us a call, as soon as possible, in order to keep the item, you want, to avoid any shortage. (+30 211 408 9197)

Step 2. Fill in the Exchange Form by mentioning the product that you are going to send us back and the product you wish to receive. 

Step 3. Send it back to us. Now it is official!

-        For customers in Greece, you can call ACS and you can give our Brand name (Peace and Chaos) and our address (Dervenion 30, Metamorphosi, Athens). 

-        For International customers, as soon as we receive the Exchange Form (Step 2), we will send you a Return Label by email. You will put the Return Label on the parcel and you will call DHL. All details are on the label. 

The cost of the return is all ours.

Step 4. Once we receive your parcel, we will ship your exchange item, handling it as a new order.

2.    EXCHANGE POLICY – OTHER ITEM

You can exchange any item of your order for another design from our collection.

Step 1. Give us a call, as soon as possible, in order to keep the item, you want, to avoid any shortage. (+30 211 408 9197)

Step 2. Fill in the Exchange Form by mentioning the product that you are going to send us back and the product you wish to receive. 

Step 3. Send it back to us. Now it is official!

-        For customers in Greece, you can call ACS and you can give our Brand name (Peace and Chaos) and our address (Dervenion 30, Metamorphosi, Athens). 

-        For International customers, as soon as we receive the Exchange Form (Step 2), we will send you a Return Label by email. You will put the Return Label on the parcel and you will call DHL. All details are on the label.

Step 4. Once we receive your parcel, we will ship your exchange item, handling it as a new order, including the return cost.

3.    REPLACEMENT BY ISSUING A CREDIT CODE 

You can replace any item of your order with another item from our collection within 6 months. A “CREDIT CODE” will be sent to you so that you can apply on your next order through our E-Shop. 

 

Step 1. Fill in the Exchange Form by mentioning the product that you are going to send us back.

Step 2. Send the product for which you will get the credit back to us (check details @ the Exchange Policies, Step 3). You can check the costs here.

Step 3. Once we receive your parcel, we will send you an email with the “CREDIT CODE”. 

Step 4. Within 6 months from your initial order, you can include the “CREDIT CODE” received in a new order at the Check-out. The cost of the product returned, and is included in the “CREDIT CODE”, will be deducted automatically from the new order, as well as the return cost.

4.    REFUND 

You can request a refund for a specific product or for the total order you have received, using the same method you have used to pay for that order. 

 

Step 1. Fill in the Exchange Form by mentioning the product that you are going to send us back. 

Step 2. Send the product you wish to return back to us.

Product Cost: All products are 100% refundable if they are in the same condition as delivered. 

Delivery Cost: All delivery costs shall be covered by the customer, for the Refund, unless the item is faulty (Shipping & Return Costs). Shipping cost will be held even for the “free shipping” orders. 

-        For customers in Greece, you can call ACS and you can give our Brand name (Peace and Chaos) and our address (Dervenion 30, Metamorphosi, Athens). ACS is a company with which we cooperate.  You can check the costs here.

-        For International customers, as soon as we receive the Exchange Form (Step 1), we will send you a Return Label by email. You will put the Return Label on the parcel and you will call DHL. All details are in the label. You can check the costs here.

Step 3. Refunds are processed within approximately five to seven (5-7) business days from the day we have received the merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. 

  • If you had paid by Credit Card, refund time will depend on the Credit or Debit Card company's policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. 
  • PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card linked with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. 
  • If you had paid for your order by Cash on Delivery or by Bank Transfer your refund will be credited on your Bank account , so on the return form please fill the name of the Bank and the IBAN of your account.

A product you wish to return:
  • Must be shipped back to our Company within (14) days of the date the customer received the parcel from the courier.  
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you.
  • Hygiene stickers on Beachwear & Underwear should not be removed.  
  • Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.
  • Must be sent in its original packaging.
  • Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
  • Returns through any other Courier Service except from ACS + DHL are paid by you. 
  • We do not accept returns by Postal Services.
