Once we receive your item we will ship your exchange without any cost.
You can replace any item of your order with another by receiving a GiftCard, of the same value (less return cost) to use whenever you prefer for another purchase.

You always have the choice not to use the Return Label and ship your replace with the Courier Company of your choice and your own cost. In that case you will receive a GiftCard, of the whole value to use whenever you prefer for another purchase.

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company's policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. If you paid by
